I think I’m like the sea - Ulises Fernandez

I think I’m like the sea.

I push you out,

I push you in.

When you’re too deep

I get scared, I drown you.

I get scared you may see

A side you would die from.

I’m a parasite of sorts

Taking apart your skin

I love you so much

I want to be in your lungs.

I am a toxic partner,

I am a fragile thing.

I’m no deer, though

But I think I’m like the sea

Ulises Fernandez is a young aspiring Argentinian writer based in Buenos Aires who from an early age loved writing and reading. Son of a teacher and avid book-eater, he took most of his artistic traits from his mother, someone he loves very much.
