A Goth Girl Wandering Exclusive: Delving the Ancient Mysteries of Gallowych
Hello, my dark devotees, are you ready for all the unbearably juicy details about a literal village hidden under London? Trust me, it makes the charnel house under St. Bride’s Church look like a broom closet.
Gallowych is only accessible through the abandoned North End tube station in Hampstead Heath. It has a delightfully spooky atmosphere from the moment you enter the station. Our guide apologized for the “lift” being “whiffy” (so British!) because SeattleTodd93 complained about the smell. Such a loser, amirite? It’s totally fine, you guys, and you know how sensitive I am.
Before I came out to London, I listened to this podcast about how Gallowych predates the Saxons. So it’s super old and it’s like a lightning rod for the supernatural because of its sacred geometry or something. It’s incredible how much of the city is still preserved, even the paved streets.
But honestly, I came for vibes and Gallowych delivered! Matte black houses made from an unidentified resin? A spiral maze with phantom footsteps echoing behind you? Photos not requiring any filters because the humidity makes everything shadowy AF? Hell to the yes!
As an influencer, I feel so privileged to have stayed overnight. It was like being in history. We dined in the ossuary and drank mead made with ancient honey they found in Gallowych. It was so trippy, but I’m not supposed to talk about that. Our little secret? ;-)
Now for the juiciest detail yet … they invited me to host a dinner here!! I need you to experience this ASAP, so I’m offering a 50% discount. Don’t worry if the website warns that the tour’s overbooked. It’s absolutely not.
I can’t wait to see you all down here so soon!
