Lost in Starlight
Jonna Kihlman
I rest in starlight, flow with the comets.
I see millions of worlds, endless forests.
I am part of eternity; nothing can harm me.
My hair is like a cloud, crossing infinite landscapes.
For a minute I feel your presence here.
I reach out my hand, but there is nothing there.
You erupt in stardust, nowhere to be seen.
Our story together, just a feverish dream.
I float in the vastness, feeling my lines disappear.
In space I am safe, I have nothing to fear.
